Legal Professional
$225 Annual Membership | If paid AFTER January 31
Members must meet the following requirements:
- Completion of Mediation Training
- Completion of Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice Training
- Practicing Law for a MINIMUM of 3 Years
Mental Health Professional
$225 Annual Membership | If paid AFTER January 31
Members must meet the following requirements:
- Mental Health License
Must posses a New York license in good standing as: - Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD)
- Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Psychiatrist
- Other License
Financial Professional
$225 Annual Membership | If paid AFTER January 31
Members must meet the following requirements:
- 3 Years Experience and Education in Financial Aspects of divorce and/or personal financial planning concepts
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA)
License in good standing:
(One Required)
Affiliate Member
Members must meet the following requirements:
Successful completion of 2 hour Introductory Local Collaborative Practice training program.
Student / Intern Member
Members must meet the following requirements:
Continuous course of study in law, mental health field, financial planning, or accounting. Student/Intern members may be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, which upon completion of that area of study, and upon completion of the requisite collaborative divorce training, would qualify the student for full voting membership.
Paralegal Member
Members must meet the following requirements:
Successful completion of the 2 hour Introductory Local Collaborative Practice training program.
Emeritus Membership Registration
Members must meet the following requirements:
